This role is more than just operationally focused; we are seeking an individual with experience in strategic development and growth, who can build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver talent strategies that meet business needs
- Lead HR projects and initiatives that drive business outcomes and improve performance
- Contribute to creating a safe and positive workplace culture based on shared values and goals
- Manage and advise senior leaders on all people matters, including employee relations, performance, remuneration, engagement, inclusion and diversity, talent management, wellbeing and turnover
- Provide specialist advice and guidance on organisational change projects
- Build and maintain relationships with client groups and key stakeholders to understand and anticipate business needs
- Use expertise to educate and support others in influencing stakeholder decisions
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field would be highly regarded
- Prior experience in a business partnering role
- Experience in developing business strategies and leading HR projects
- Knowledge and practical experience in Change Management activities
- Exposure to talent management methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior leaders
- Knowledge of employment-related laws, employee relations and risk management issues ideally within professional services
