The Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Sales Professional to join our team in Milton, Brisbane. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will work under the instruction of the National Sales and Marketing Manager to implement sales and marketing initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with Business Managers to drive sales growth and maintain strong customer relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain CRM systems to build and maintain strong customer relationships, driving retention and growth;
- Analyse sales forecasts, develop sales proposals, and implement plans to achieve sales objectives;
- Prepare price lists, assist with tender pricing and bids, quote preparation, and quality follow-up/feedback;
- Identify market opportunities, monitor competitor activity, and manage customer expectations to support business objectives;
- Contribute to compliance updates, inventory management, and KPI reporting;
- Understand supply chain processes and contribute to implementing improvements for new and existing sales and marketing plans;
- Build strategic partnerships to achieve competitive advantage and market position;
- Increase the profile and reputation of Mojo Recruit, maintain market share, and meet profitability targets;
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field;
- Relevant qualifications preferred;
- Experience with tenders and sales processes;
- Independent and confident to undertake and complete tasks effectively;
- CMS and marketing tools experience (e.g., Canva, EDM, Pro-Files);
- High-level communication skills with all stakeholders;
- Advanced computer skills, including report writing and data interpretation;
- Understanding of quality management systems, SHEMS policies/procedures, and Zero Harm, Zero Waste principles;
