Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Delivery Specialist to join our team at William Grant & Sons.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring timely order processing and efficient issue resolution.
  • Partner with warehousing teams to prioritize positive customer outcomes, including on-time dispatch and effective return processing.
  • Manage the claims register, ensuring regular processing and reporting to the wider team.
  • Contribute to reducing SLOBS, Duty Paid, and Company Owned Stock holdings to minimize working capital.
  • Manage accurate weekly settlement submissions to our Customs Broker.
  • Participate in audit and stocktake activities as required and ensure high-quality completion.
  • Develop strong product knowledge to provide exceptional service to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the broader team during times of absence by covering other roles as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of customer service principles and their impact on customers.
  • Systems knowledge, particularly experience with ERP systems and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
