We're looking for a skilled Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. You'll also have a strong understanding of administration systems and procedures, as well as experience in customer-focused roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and administrative support to customers
  • Liaise with management to maintain customer expectations and Epson objectives
  • Manage general matters and administrative tasks efficiently

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a clerical or customer-focused role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
