About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Markem-Imaje. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering exceptional customer service experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily service calls and dispatches through SAP, WFM, and SDT systems
  • Prioritize call allocation based on defined policies and allocate customers' break-fix requests to the helpdesk for troubleshooting
  • Create quotations for on-demand service work as per customers' requirements
  • Liaise with customers regarding pre- and post-service job updates, installation schedules, parts inquiries, and purchase order follow-ups
  • Collaborate with service engineers to track call status progress and updates
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, claims, and required support documents such as service reports and invoices
  • Audit inventory movement in the ERP system and lead regular stock takes to confirm stock accuracy and make necessary adjustments
  • Follow up on leads from the technical team and identify opportunities to develop aftersales revenue related to contract conversion
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Management or relevant trade qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a planning and coordination role, preferably in supply chain production and material planning
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Working knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (SAP, WFM, Salesforce)
