- Proven experience and success in large group account management, preferably within a SaaS product environment.
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and achieving retention and growth targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented self-starter.
