Sales and Account Management Role
Visy is a leading company in the packaging and recycling industry, and we are currently seeking a Sales and Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing established accounts, as well as prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retain and grow existing business and actively seek new business
- Develop timely and accurate forecasts of customer requirements and manage territory utilizing Salesforce.com
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in our own or in our customers' business
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across various disciplines
Requirements:
- Relevant skills and experience in Internal/External Sales, Customer Service, or Account Management
- Experience in Packaging and/or Manufacturing would be highly regarded
- Experience in B2B sales would be highly regarded
- Exposure to customer relationship management systems (CRM) and well-versed in Microsoft products
- Autonomous with strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, solution-focused
- Clear and personable communicator with exceptional negotiation and relationship building capabilities
