Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Talent Web. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through high-level outbound activity
- Utilize our proven sales methodology to qualify leads and close deals effectively
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Collaborate with channel partners to maximize sales opportunities
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences through a consultative sales approach
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in sales processes and CRM utilization
- 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development
- Track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas
- Strong understanding of sustainability trends and their impact on businesses
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM systems (we use HubSpot) and data-driven sales approaches
- Full Australian working rights required
