About the Role
Civica is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our Education team in Australia. As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting existing customers through extension selling of services, training, and new modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to foster customer loyalty and retention.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities that drive revenue growth.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and critical business priorities.
