Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Investigate and respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to surprise and delight our customers with personalized support.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the accounting or finance industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Estimated Salary Range:

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
