Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Qualify Opportunities: Identify and qualify potential customers to achieve sales booking targets.
  • Manage Sales: Manage sales through forecasting, qualification, account strategy, and planning.
  • Leverage Stakeholders: Leverage and involve multiple stakeholders in Hitachi Vantara and Microsoft to ensure high win rates.
  • Develop Solution Proposals: Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the deal.
  • Negotiate Pricing: Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale.
  • Track and Update CRM: Track and update internal CRM system for Sales Pipeline, Contact, and Accounts.
  • Work with Partners: Work with key partners such as Microsoft, Hitachi Asia (HAS), and ISV partners to identify and qualify opportunities.
  • Provide Timely Reports: Join weekly sales meeting and provide timely reports.
  • Execute Industry Strategy: Execute industry strategy and acquire new customers in the assigned industries.
  • Comply with Internal Processes: Comply with the internal processes related to customer screening, deal evaluation, pricing approvals, and Phase Gate.
  • Lead and Manage Teams: Ensure effective leadership is implemented when managing a team or project team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
  • Experience: At least 12 years of experience in a similar role selling enterprise solutions, implementation services, and support services to clients in the assigned territory.
  • Skills: Proactive and practical, adept at assessing customer requirements, and selecting appropriate methods to fulfill them. Skilled at determining priorities, establishing a systematic course of action to ensure successful completion, and allocating time and resources effectively.
  • Customer Interface: Strong customer interface and presentation skills are essential in this role, together with a mindset of customer service.
  • Negotiation: Skillful negotiator, acting as trusted advisor when dealing with customers' business needs.
  • Account Planning: Excellent Account Planning skills.
  • Sales Targets: Track record of achieving sales targets, as is experience in selling IT projects and solutions.
  • Travel: Travel may be needed.
