Job Summary
As a Senior Partnership Development Manager, you will grow our client base, focusing on Enterprise clients while working across all segments. You will have a proven track record of consultative sales, being the trusted advisor, negotiating, and understanding the digital landscape. Your creativity, strategic, project management, and consultative selling skills will generate new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Continuously prospect and build relationships with key decision-makers
- Represent Impact.com at events and conferences
- Deliver exceptional prospect and customer experiences
- Build and grow your assigned territory with support from Marketing and Channels
- Achieve or exceed individual quota by bringing in new clients
- Manage multi-threaded sales cycles and engage end-users through C-level executives
- Define and execute engagement plans for key prospects
- Maintain accurate pipeline and deal flow forecasting
- Create 'irrational love' amongst our customers
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 4 years of closing sales experience, preferably in SaaS and performance marketing/martech
- A network of advocates supporting your success
- Ability to develop relationships with decision-makers within your territory and key verticals
- Prior experience driving sales and business development activities
- Understanding of the digital ecosystem landscape and relationships
- Track record of success in carrying quarterly quotas and building pipeline
- Successful history of net direct new business sales, with consistent delivery against targets
- Experience in bringing innovative products to market in a competitive landscape
- Collaboration skills to achieve business goals and objectives
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
