Senior Partnership Development Manager

We are looking for a seasoned partnership professional to represent our organization in the ANZ region. This individual will think strategically while acting tactically to achieve success, managing and developing existing partnerships, and finding new routes to market that will drive growth in the coming years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create partner-led sales velocity to support overall license revenue growth between Sitecore sellers and partners in the ANZ region.
- Collaborate on a cross-functional plan to drive predictable revenue growth with sellers and take an active role in assisting deal closure.
- Collaborate with existing and newly signed partners to drive predictable growth through agreed business plans, ensuring quality delivery via adequate training and development.
- Partner with marketing to run events, advisory councils, and support Sitecore events for maximum business impact.
- Lead the entire partner strategy and execution for the APJ region, aligning with strategic sales GTM and potentially bringing on new partner types and routes to market.
- Run weekly forecast sessions and pipeline reviews with portfolio partners, being proactive as a peer rather than a report.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years of partner/alliance experience in SaaS-Enterprise software, preferably in MarTech.
- Strong organizational skills and sales process experience to effectively analyze pipeline reports and accurately forecast.
- Comfortable operating at all levels of internal and partner organizations, thinking strategically while acting tactically.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and self-assess priorities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence partners.
- Strong collaboration and change management skills, with the ability to persuade, think critically, and negotiate.
