Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Macquarie Asset Management. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for delivering HR advice and services to support business leaders across the full employee life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR advice and guidance to business leaders on people matters, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the global MAM HR team and Centres of Excellence to advise on and provide tactical support in developing people activities.
  • Support the execution of talent and diversity strategies within the business group.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, combined with demonstrable HR business partner experience within the global banking/financial services, or private equity sectors.
  • A strong understanding of business issues and a commercial mindset, with a proven record of delivery within a fast-paced, high-performing, global matrixed organisation.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to engage, collaborate, influence and provide coaching at all levels across a diverse stakeholder group.
  • Data led approach with ability to relate commercial and people insights to inform decision making, through well-developed analytical capability.
