About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our Corporate Operations Group at Macquarie Bank Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Finance Management Group and collaborating with the wider HR ecosystem to enhance service delivery, streamline processes, and identify opportunities for ongoing enhancement across regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver cyclical HR activities, including performance, reward, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Drive strategic workforce planning and organisational design strategies in consultation with business leaders.
  • Provide advice on workforce shape and structure, tailored to the unique requirements of the business and anticipating talent needs.
  • Leverage data and insights to support leaders in making data-driven people, workforce, and talent decisions.
  • Operationalise HR initiatives, implementing change across the ANZ region and ensuring consistency in processes and policies where possible on a global scale.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Senior HR Business Partner.
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and a solid understanding of end-to-end HR functions and best practices.
  • Demonstrable expertise in organisational design practices and strategic workforce planning.
  • A proven people leader with consulting, relationship building, and influence capability.
  • Ability to analyse and communicate data-driven insights.
