Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Macquarie Asset Management in Sydney. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide expert advice and guidance to business leaders on people matters across the full employee life cycle.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering HR advice and services to the Macquarie Asset Management team across Australia and Asia. You will work closely with the global MAM HR team and Centres of Excellence to advise on and provide tactical support in developing people activities, collaboration on business initiatives, and input into Group-wide programs.
You will be part of a team that is highly valued by our business and uses data-driven insights to deliver exceptional employee experiences. You will support aspects of the year-end remuneration and promotion processes while driving the execution of talent and diversity strategies within the business group.
What We're Looking For
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, combined with demonstrable HR business partner experience within the global banking/financial services or private equity sectors
- A strong understanding of business issues and a commercial mindset, with a proven record of delivery within a fast-paced, high-performing, global matrixed organisation
- Excellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to engage, collaborate, influence, and provide coaching at all levels across a diverse stakeholder group
- Data-led approach with the ability to relate commercial and people insights to inform decision making, through well-developed analytical capability
- Demonstrated resilience and expertise in managing change and building organisational capability
