Key ResponsibilitiesThis Senior HR Business Partner will leverage expertise in HR disciplines, including people, culture, engagement, diversity, inclusion, reward, and employee relations. They will support and coach business leaders on people matters across the full employee life cycle, taking accountability for delivering HR advice and services for the Macquarie Asset Management team across Australia and Asia.
What You Offer- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources combined with demonstrable HR business partner experience in global banking or private equity sectors
- Strong understanding of business issues and commercial mindset, with a proven record of delivery in fast-paced, high-performing organisations
- Excellent verbal and communication skills with ability to engage, collaborate, influence, and provide coaching at all levels
- Data-led approach with ability to relate commercial and people insights to inform decision-making through well-developed analytical capability
