Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our team at HR Partners. As a trusted advisor and coach, you will partner with key leaders within Australia and New Zealand to deliver strategic HR solutions that support the specific needs of the business groups and overall business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with HR to drive and implement the HR strategy for the business.
  • Partner with senior leaders on strategic and operational HR elements.
  • Oversee the talent management process through a future needs assessment and conduct workforce planning sessions.
  • Implement HR best practices and processes such as performance management and workforce/succession planning to drive business success.

To be successful in this role, you will have strong consulting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. You will also have high attention to detail, strong business and commercial acumen, and be comfortable in an ambiguous environment. Experience working within legal or professional services is highly preferred.
