Role Overview

As a key member of our Macquarie Asset Management Credits Investment Solutions and Strategy team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through client interactions and business management initiatives. You will work closely with the Global Head of Fixed Income and Head of Investment Solutions and Strategy Australia to establish business strategies aligned with the team's ambitious business growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive internal projects and strategic initiatives such as new business opportunities, development and implementation of distribution plans.
  • Identify investment trends and themes to support the development of new products and initiatives for our clients and business.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in economics or finance.
  • 4-6+ years' of experience in asset management, ideally with exposure to Fixed Income.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset and high achievement drive.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
