We're looking for an experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team, someone who can bring warmth, creativity and passion to our front desk, curating an exceptional guest experience from check-in to farewell.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and guide them through check-in and check-out with seamless hospitality.
  • Understand our guests' needs and ensure each stay is comfortable, memorable and uniquely tailored to them.
  • Lead the daily flow of the front desk, creating a smooth and welcoming environment that embodies The Old Clare's charm.
  • Be confident and proficient with all front and back-office equipment, systems and programs.
  • Respond to guests' inquiries warmly and professionally, always aiming to exceed expectations and add a personal touch to each interaction.
  • Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and team members by following WH&S policies and procedures.
  • Step in to assist other departments when possible.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a 5-star hotel setting with a dedication to exceptional hospitality.
  • Passion to exceed guest expectations and naturally look for ways to enhance each guest's experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, connecting easily with guests and colleagues alike.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
