Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor Lead to join our team at Marriott International.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to lead a team of front desk staff and provide exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide warm welcomes, efficient check-ins, and attentive service to all guests.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team of front desk staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Operational Management: Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well under pressure, and strong leadership abilities.
