The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Receptionist to join our team. As the face of the organisation, you will be responsible for managing the front desk and switchboard, organising meeting rooms and board rooms, booking client appointments, and assisting the Executive Assistants with administrative tasks.
- Manage front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate meeting rooms and board rooms
- Book and coordinate client appointments
- Assist Executive Assistants with administrative tasks
- Order stationery and manage office supplies
About You:
- Previous experience in reception or administration
- Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Impeccable organisational skills
- Presentation and coordination skills
