About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our Emerging Individual Markets team. Reporting to our Chief of Individual Business, this critical role will be responsible for exploring and driving the implementation of new growth opportunities for the individual insurance market.

Key responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, creating tailored solutions and propositions for non-advised customer segments, and coordinating the delivery of these new solutions to the market.

Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the end-to-end operational environment, combined knowledge of strategy, digital, data and analytics, and the ability to build key relationships and partnerships.

As a passionate people leader, you will be responsible for building a team to support the delivery of our strategic objectives and leading the exploration of new channels and propositions opportunities.

About You

  • We are looking for a highly experienced professional with 10+ years of experience in the life insurance industry.
  • You have a deep-seated understanding of the end-to-end operational environment.
  • You are familiar with working in customer-centric roles and have combined knowledge of strategy, digital, data and analytics.
  • You have a knack for business development and building key relationships and partnerships.
  • You are a passionate people leader who believes in leading your team through ambiguity and providing ample development opportunities.
