Are you a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for retail partnerships? We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director - Retail Partnerships to lead our channel marketing efforts across ANZ.

In this role, you will develop and own the strategy for how our products show up in the retail channel, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences. Your expertise in managing cross-functional programs and marketing campaigns from concept to completion will be invaluable in driving business growth and customer engagement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive channel marketing strategies that align with our business goals and customer needs;
  • Collaborating with internal category teams and account managers to set channel marketing strategies by retailer and secure optimal outcomes for our brands and product launches;
  • Partnering with external agencies to bring in-store merchandising to life in key consumer electronics retailers, briefing them on strategy, setting workbacks, communicating execution plans, approving creative, and understanding nuances of retailers' store layouts and customers;
  • Owning end-to-end brief to execution processes to deliver high-impact, cost-effective display solutions and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer experience, impact, speed, and return on investment (ROI);

We offer a highly competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. If you have 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience, expertise in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, we encourage you to apply.
