About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and commercially astute Portfolio Lead to drive high-impact projects within Tasmania. As our senior representative, you will be responsible for overseeing program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and business growth.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs across Operations, Maintenance, and Capital Projects.
  • Represent the organization with key stakeholders and regulators.
  • Drive business development and growth opportunities through strategic partnerships and initiatives.
  • Oversee governance, reporting, and performance across multiple projects and programs.
  • Champion health, safety, environment, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team with a focus on succession and capability development.
  • Leverage digital tools and data to enhance delivery and inform decision-making.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Executive-level experience in utilities, infrastructure, or related sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen and contract management expertise.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in program governance, change leadership, and strategic planning.
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, business, or project management.

You should be confident, capable, and skilled at prioritizing tasks while managing competing demands. You should also be autonomous, thrive in diverse work environments, and effectively manage changing priorities.
