Key Responsibilities
  • Lead portfolio performance, driving margin improvement and revenue growth through strategic decision-making.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to influence business outcomes.

  • Oversee refurbishment, reconfiguration, and facilities management projects to enhance asset value.
  • Support business development initiatives, including refinancing and long-term investment opportunities.
  • Monitor service providers and ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
  • Enhance data visibility and reporting to inform commercial decisions and drive business success.
  • Represent the organisation externally through stakeholder engagement and market presence.
Requirements
  • Strategic operator with experience in property or residential asset management.
  • Proven leadership in operational real estate, preferably in purpose-built residential or education-linked infrastructure.
  • Experience in turnaround, performance improvement, and complex stakeholder management.
  • Commercial acumen with revenue growth and cost management expertise; familiarity with private equity or fund-owned platforms beneficial.
  • Strong strategic mindset, execution capability, and financial literacy.
  • Collaborative leader with excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
