About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and commercially-minded Senior Portfolio Lead to lead a high-impact portfolio in Tasmania. As our senior in-state representative, you will drive program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and business growth.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs across Operations and Maintenance and Capital Projects
  • Represent the business with key stakeholders and drive business development and growth opportunities
  • Oversee governance, reporting, and performance across multiple projects and programs
  • Champion health, safety, environment, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team with a focus on succession and capability
  • Leverage digital tools and data to enhance delivery
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have executive-level experience in utilities, infrastructure, or related sectors, strong commercial acumen and contract management expertise, proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, and experience in program governance, change leadership, and strategic planning.
