Commercial Portfolio Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Portfolio Specialist to oversee our diverse portfolio of commercial properties. Your industry experience and ability to build strong relationships with clients will ensure you are successful in this role.
As a Commercial Portfolio Specialist, your responsibilities will include managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties with professionalism and attention to detail. You will oversee capital works, prepare budgets, and deliver timely reporting to clients. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with building regulations and lease obligations, conduct regular property inspections, and identify opportunities to add value for both new and existing clients.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in the property industry and hold (or be able to obtain) a Property Representative Licence. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills are also essential. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational ability are required, as well as a customer-first mindset and a professional, proactive approach.
