Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties on behalf of clients

  • Identify opportunities for new and existing clients
  • Prepare and manage budgets and business plans, reporting to clients
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high presentation standards
  • Manage capital projects on behalf of clients
  • Collaborate with the team to explore innovative opportunities for clients

About You:

  • Prior experience in the Property Industry is highly desirable
  • Property Representative Licence or ability to obtain one soon
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Customer-centric focus and financial acumen
  • Ability to think strategically and embrace technology
