Job Description

We seek a seasoned executive to lead our residential portfolio, responsible for delivering the Value Creation Plan, driving occupancy and revenue growth, and overseeing operational performance.

  • Lead portfolio performance and drive margin improvement by leveraging strategic expertise and commercial acumen.
  • Establish constructive relationships with partner organisations to influence strategic outcomes and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement revenue optimisation strategies to maximise returns.
  • Oversee refurbishment, reconfiguration, and facilities management projects to enhance property value and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support refinancing and long-term investment initiatives to drive sustainable growth and expansion.
  • Monitor service providers and ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, and regulatory requirements to mitigate risk.
  • Enhance data visibility and reporting to inform commercial decisions and drive business excellence.
  • Represent the business externally through stakeholder engagement and market presence to establish credibility and build strong relationships.
Requirements

We are looking for a strategic operator with experience in property or residential asset management, skilled at balancing operational delivery with stakeholder engagement and growth initiatives.

  • A proven leader in operational real estate, ideally PBSA, purpose-built residential, or education-linked infrastructure, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Experience in turnaround, performance improvement, and complex stakeholder management to navigate challenging situations and achieve success.
  • Commercial acumen with revenue growth and cost management experience; familiarity with private equity or fund-owned platforms preferred.
  • Strong strategic mindset, execution capability, and financial literacy to drive business growth and deliver results.
  • Collaborative leadership with excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills to build and lead high-performing teams.
