Your Role

In this role as a Night All Rounder, you will be responsible for the overnight operation of the front desk. This includes greeting and registering guests, providing information about local area attractions, completing all department-related paperwork, and utilizing communication equipment such as telephones, fax machines, and computers.

How You'll Succeed

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a similar hotel or hospitality environment
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and showcasing the local area
  • Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
  • An enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive attitude
  • Impeccable presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Prior experience using a Property Management System (PMS) such as Hirum, Fidelio, or Opera would be advantageous
  • The ability to recognize and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, public holidays, and school breaks
