As a Guest Experience Host at Flynns Beach, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This includes greeting and registering owners and guests, providing information on local area attractions, completing all department-related paperwork, and using communication equipment including telephones, facsimiles, and computers.

About the Role

  • Greet and register owners and guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide information on local area attractions and activities
  • Complete all department-related paperwork and reports
  • Use communication equipment including telephones, facsimiles, and computers
  • Work collaboratively with the front desk team to ensure seamless service delivery

What You'll Bring

  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Previous experience with a PMS system (Opera) advantageous
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will also receive:
