We have over 19,000 associates who share our passion for putting the world on vacation at more than 270 resort locations globally. With a focus on innovation and growth, every day is an opportunity to learn and turn vacation inspiration into unforgettable experiences.

As a Vacation Experience Manager, you'll contribute to this vision by overseeing the efficient day-to-day operation of our reception desk, providing top-notch customer service, and resolving any guest issues that may arise. Your expertise will also be instrumental in serving and producing delicious beverages in our on-site restaurant.

You'll be responsible for building, developing, training, and leading a team to promote high levels of customer satisfaction and drive business success. In return, we offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your experience, as well as various benefits, including:

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Proven experience in a front office & food and beverage department at a supervisory level (3 years)
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems, Opera preferred
  • Food and beverage experience highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and active listening
  • Detail-focused with an organized approach and ability to multitask
  • Positive attitude, vibrant, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using a computer and Microsoft Office applications
  • Bookkeeping/finance experience is highly regarded
  • Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
  • The ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and school/public holiday periods
