We are seeking a skilled Duty Manager to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co.

A Day in the Life

As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of our Reception desk. Your responsibilities will include greeting and registering owners and guests, providing information on local area attractions, and managing any guest issues that may arise.

You will also have the opportunity to assist with serving and producing delicious beverages in our on-site restaurant, as well as building and leading a team to promote high levels of customer service.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience in a Front Office & Food and Beverage department at a supervisory level. You should also have knowledge of hotel property management systems, such as Opera, and excellent communication skills.

Additionally, you will need to be able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks effectively, and maintain immaculate presentation and grooming standards.
