We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Resort Night Operations Specialist to join our team at Wyndham Destinations. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our resort during evening hours, providing exceptional customer service to our owners and guests.

The successful candidate will be confident in conducting security inspections and patrols, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to maintain high standards of efficiency and cleanliness. They will also be required to work a 7-day week roster, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as bookkeeping, cash handling, and customer service. You will also be part of a dynamic and inclusive team that values excellence, fun, and community involvement.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting security inspections and patrols to ensure the safety and security of our guests and staff
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our owners and guests, including answering queries, resolving issues, and providing information on local attractions and activities
  • Maintaining high standards of efficiency and cleanliness in all areas of the resort
  • Performing routine cleaning and clerical tasks, including laundry, housekeeping, and administrative duties
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences
