About the Role

As a Guest Experience Host, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service at our front desk. Your responsibilities will include greeting and registering owners and guests, providing information on local area attractions, and handling all department-related paperwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and register owners and guests
  • Provide information on local area attractions
  • Handle all department-related paperwork
  • Utilize communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Previous experience with a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera, etc.) advantageous
  • Able to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays
