Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support to Sales teams, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service, building trust and loyalty with our guests.
  • Enjoy discounted resort stays, exploring new destinations and experiences.

About You:

  • You'll play a vital role in the operation of our Sales Site, supporting the sales staff in daily duties and partnering with the Senior sales support team.
  • You'll embody leadership values, guaranteeing the smooth running of the preview center and serving as the face and heart of our business through your interactions.
  • You'll be involved in core operational tasks, including reception obligations, premium recording, contract generation, inventory management, and weekly reports.
  • You'll ensure premium inventory levels are maintained and audited, providing accurate information for decision-making.
  • You'll communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, being the voice of our team.
  • You'll balance these tasks with administration duties, such as data entry, reporting, and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • You'll maintain compliance with cash handling and transactions.

What We Offer:

  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and knowledge of CRM systems, streamlining processes and enhancing productivity.
