Meet Your Colleagues and Deliver Exceptional Service

As a Duty Manager, you will be part of a diverse team dedicated to putting the world on vacation. You will ensure seamless day-to-day operations at our Reception desk, greet and register owners and guests, provide information on local attractions, and manage any guest issues that may arise.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient operation of the Reception desk, including greeting and registering of owners and guests.
  • Provide information on local area attractions and amenities.
  • Manage any guest issues that may arise, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Assist in serving and producing beverages in our on-site restaurant.
  • Build, develop, train, and lead a team to promote high levels of customer service.

How You'll Be Rewarded

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as:

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a Front Office & Food and Beverage department at a supervisory level.
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems, Opera preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and active listening.
  • Detail-focused with an organized approach and ability to multitask.
  • Positive attitude, vibrant, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using a computer and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bookkeeping/finance experience highly regarded.
