We're looking for a skilled Vacation Operations Specialist to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co.

About the Role

This Night All Rounder position is responsible for the overnight operation of the front desk. You'll be the face of our company, greeting and registering owners and guests, providing information on local attractions, and handling all department-related paperwork. Strong communication skills are essential in this role, as you'll work closely with colleagues and respond to guest inquiries via phone, fax, and computer.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive attitude
  • Impeccable presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Previous experience with a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera, etc.) an advantage
  • Able to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays
