Business Development Advisor Role at Corrs Chambers Westgarth

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Business Development Advisor to join our Business Development Team in Melbourne or Sydney offices. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the growth trajectory of our national Disputes practice groups.

We are seeking an energetic, proactive and collaborative individual with at least 4 years of Business Development experience gained within a reputable commercial law firm. Applications from experienced disputes lawyers looking to pivot their career into Business Development will also be considered.

The ideal candidate will contribute to the firm's client retention, development and new business initiatives by driving activities such as:

  • Identifying and prioritising opportunities at a practice, client and market level
  • Building relationships with client teams
  • Sharing insights within and across client teams and the broader Disputes practices
  • Executing business development priorities, including leading on agreed projects and initiatives
  • Working closely with Practice Group Leaders, Partners and Clients to provide subject matter expertise
  • Mentoring and providing support and guidance to Business Development Advisers and Coordinators

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our clients. You will receive a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 AUD per annum, plus benefits such as flexible working arrangements, bonus leave, and a wellbeing program.
