About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the growth of our Vaccines and Immunology business unit. As National Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing team of Specialist Account Managers, responsible for developing and executing a cross-functional business plan aligned with brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an omni-channel approach to engaging with customers
  • Drive sales excellence and continuous improvement through effective coaching and training
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends in Vaccines and Immunology
  • Maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners, including regulatory, medical, and market access teams
About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical space. You should have excellent business acumen, strong business planning capabilities, and effective coaching skills. A tertiary degree in Business, Science, Biomedical, or Education is also essential.
