Suntory Oceania is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the availability and visibility of our premium beverage products.

The Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to leverage your sales expertise and industry knowledge to drive business growth and success. As our Regional Territory Manager, you will work closely with our Distributor Partners to develop and implement strategies that meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow market share
  • Build strong relationships with Distributor Partners and key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends to inform business decisions
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to drive product innovation and development
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced FMCG environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly throughout the designated territory
