As a Beverage and Hospitality Specialist with Travel + Leisure Co., you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at our Beaches Restaurant. You will be responsible for ensuring that every guest interaction is memorable and enjoyable, contributing to the company's vision of putting the world on vacation.

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage Attendant. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will work closely with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing superior customer service to Owners and guests at the Beaches Restaurant, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Managing cash handling and operating point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of [estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year] based on your experience and qualifications.
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage environment, preferably in a restaurant or bar setting.
  • Short order cook experience required, with a proven ability to work under pressure.
  • Barista skills, including the preparation of coffee and other beverages.
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Food Safety Certificate.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a strong focus on providing personalized service.
  • Immaculate presentation and grooming standards, reflecting positively on the company image.
  • Ability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
