We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic Frucor Suntory team in Australia. This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage a high-performing sales team, driving business growth through strategic partnerships and account management.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to build strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and optimize sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build and maintain effective relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and sales performance.
  2. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
  3. Lead and manage the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership or management roles, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and optimize sales performance.
