The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team as a National Business Manager. In this critical role, you will lead the delivery of joint business plans to drive profitable growth for key Independent customers across category, marketing, and in-store/venue excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver Joint Business Plans in collaboration with customers
  • Work closely with the Head of Channel as custodians of the relationship with the customer
  • Full P&L responsibility for assigned customers, including nett sales, gross profit, and market share
  • Responsible for delivering base and over-and-above promotional programs to achieve sales objectives, company channel & brand strategies
  • Lead business reviews with customers to identify opportunities in ranging, distribution, and promotional activities
  • Negotiate and foster trading relationships with terms that optimise results
  • Channel planning – Off/On Premise support and contribute to long- and short-term business plans
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to own future financial forecast & demand plan
Requirements:

We're seeking an individual with a strong track record of success in senior sales or account management roles within the licensed space. You'll need to demonstrate commercial acumen, ability to develop and implement joint strategic sales plans, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a strong drive for results.
