The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering joint business plans with key independent customers, leveraging their commercial acumen to negotiate favorable terms and optimize results. With a focus on category, marketing, and in-store excellence, this role requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding category and shopper best-in-class execution
  • Foster trading relationships that optimize results, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to long-term business planning, forecasting, and demand planning

What You'll Need:

  • A strong track record of success in senior sales or account management roles within the licensed space
  • Exceptional commercial acumen, with experience developing and implementing joint strategic sales plans
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • A strong drive for results, with a focus on delivering outstanding performance in market
