A new $3b multi-beverage partnership between Frucor Global Spirits and Suntory Beverage & Food is poised to revolutionize the industry.
Underpinned by quality, craftsmanship, and a strong sense of purpose, our exciting new partnership will be powered by two manufacturing sites, five distribution centres, and more than 1500 Frucorians across Australia and New Zealand.
We have over 40 brands in our market-leading portfolio, including Jim Beam and Maker's Mark Bourbon, Hibiki Japanese Whisky, Canadian Club Whisky, -196, V Energy, Maximus, and Suntory BOSS Coffee. As One Frucor, we will be positioned as the fourth largest beverage player in the region, ready to ignite the category and create more beverage moments from sunrise to sunset.
The OpportunityWe're building a best-in-class Sales team for our brand-new Australian licensed function set to launch in July 2025.
This role offers something unique and career-defining. You'll play a key role in establishing work processes and building collaborative relationships with assigned customers to enable the delivery of the Frucor Oceania strategy. Forming part of our state-based Field Sales team, you will manage relationships with key On-Premise groups.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and nurture mutually beneficial partnerships with State's Key On-Premise customers and groups
- Build and execute best-in-class account plans, including Joint Business plans and account-specific marketing plans aligned to both Customer and Frucor strategic priorities
- Develop and execute a hunting pipeline for new business accounts across the State
- Nurture productive relationships with your state field sales team to drive excellent execution of plans at venue level
- Take a leadership role within the State leadership team that transcends functional responsibility
- Champion On-Premise capability within your State
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Shopper Marketing, Brand, and Finance, across marketing activation, forecast, and trade spend optimisation
What we're looking for
With a proven track record in account management within the FMCG industry (Liquor is highly preferred), we're looking for an individual with a natural flair for developing and maintaining effective relationships with our customers to realise triple-win outcomes.
You will have a strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, ability to prioritise, numeric and analytical problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.

Salary range: AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience
