Financial Operations Coordinator

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Six Degrees Executive. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, as well as supporting the smooth running of our business operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions within our accounting system and perform reconciliations at the end of each month.
* Complete ad-hoc finance tasks managed through our accounts' inboxes to support business operations.
* Responsible for completing finance-related checklist items including accounts payables, accounts receivable, cash payments and receipts, weekly and monthly reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
* Contribute to the timely completion of end-of-month processes, including completing checklists and reconciling trial balances for our six businesses.
* Produce standard reports and statistical information for use by senior colleagues.
* Carry out all day-to-day duties delegated by your people leader.

**Desirable Qualifications:**

* Completed or completing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Knowledge of, or experience with, our accounting system.
* Experience working in Accounting, Finance, Accounts, or related field.
* Familiarity with office management and HR procedures.
