Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Everyday Independence. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and financial support to ensure the smooth operation of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and data in Xero accounting system
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions and reconciliations
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies and issues
- Administer company car program and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist in month-end closing and reconciliation processes
- Verify bills and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Perform light administrative tasks as required
- Minimum degree qualification in Finance or Accounting
- Proficient use of Xero accounting system
- Demonstrated ability to meet legislative, statutory and contractual obligations
- Highly developed organizational and administrative skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to deal with sensitive information
- Commitment to supporting the needs of people with a disability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with commitment and dedication
