The OpportunityWe are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our growing financial services business as an Operations Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up dealers, managing accurate input and maintenance of dealer-related information, and preparing and facilitating daily data exchange and processing to meet client funding requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Set up dealers, curtailments, and loans on our system
- Manage accurate input and maintenance of all dealer-related information
- Prepare and facilitate accurate daily data exchange and processing to meet client funding requirements
- Monitor dealer credit lines
- Monitor invoice payments and follow-ups
- Assist with dealer enquiries
